Do you want to experience Senjas winter mountains without ski’s? There are multiple routes, peaks and mountains easily accessible with snowshoes. Walking with snowshoes is a great option if you don't feel comfortable with ski’s.

There are guided trips where you look for the northern light wearing snowshoes. The northern light is best enjoyed when the circumstances don't interrupt you, the guide will take you in easy terrain where there is no light pollution. Listen to the silence of a snow covered winter wonderland, and be captivated by the northern light. A snowshoe trip is an amazing family activity for all ages. You can rent snowshoes with or without poles at our facility. The area around Camp Fjordbotn  is perfect for both long and short snowshoe trips. We can arrange guided trips upon request. Snowshoes don't require any prior knowledge, but you have to have full mobility and the stamina for at least a few hours. Join us in the silent winter forest, make a fire and enjoy the absolute hibernation.
