Accommodation in Senja – Cabins, Camping & Fjord Views at Fjordbotn Camping

Accommodation in Senja doesn't get much better than waking up to the sound of a Norwegian fjord right outside your door. Fjordbotn Camping is located on the northern side of Senja island, nestled beside the fjord Stønesbotn – and we offer a wide range of accommodation options for every type of traveller. Whether you're planning a summer road trip, a family holiday, or a winter Northern Lights adventure, our campsite is your ideal base for exploring one of Norway's most spectacular islands.

Why choose Senja for your next trip?

Senja is Norway's second largest island and is often called "Norway in miniature" – and for good reason. In a single day, you can travel from white sandy beaches and lush green valleys to dramatic mountain peaks that plunge straight into the sea. The island is home to the National Scenic Route Senja, one of Norway's 18 designated scenic drives, stretching from Botnhamn in the north to Gryllefjord in the south.

Senja is also one of the best places in Norway to experience the Northern Lights, visible from late September through to April, and the Midnight Sun during the summer months. With so much to see and do, having the right accommodation in Senja makes all the difference – and Fjordbotn Camping puts you right in the heart of it all.
